Dalebright Passive House

The Dalbebright passive house is the first certified Passive House in the city of Burnaby, BC. The home is situated on an east/west lot, so the upper floor is turned to the south to catch the sun, with large overhangs providing summer shade.

The project makes wide use of reclaimed wood salvaged from the older home previously on the site.
