We wanted to build a modern home with very good insulating and eco-friendly design elements. Lanefab fit the bill as they build homes with pre-fabricated SIP panels. We did a lot of investigating before we started and had several meetings with Mat and Bryn, narrowing down the options and deciding on design, finishes and cost and the all important question of timing. The design was first rate, the finishes were as promised and the cost was almost precisely as quoted. Any variations were by and large the result of changes we wanted.  The work was performed quickly and on time with a minimum of disruption to us and to our neighbours.  The work crew and subs were skilled and efficient and any concerns we had were promptly addressed. So, in a few words, yes we were very happy with Lanefab.
