Touring the Mendoza Lane House by Lanefab, the City of Vancouver’s first laneway house to receive an occupancy permit under the city’s ground breaking 2009 policy allowing infill homes across the whole city.






The "Wedge' House was a 60s era modern home designed by Vancouver architect Arthur Erickson. Lanefab renovated the original home and added a new wing, while preserving the original design intent and flow. Video by the West Coast Modern realty group.
