We are currently seeking carpenters with framing and finishing experience (Red Seal a plus).
Construction management and/or passive house experience is a plus.

Design
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator:
Experience with residential construction management including costing, scheduling, ordering, and communication with both design staff and site trades.
Experience with City of Vancouver zoning and permitting
Fluent with Autocad, Excel, Google Docs
Strong english language skills
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with clients
Additional skills of interest:
Passive House experience or certification
Interior design experience
Chinese language skills
Hands-on construction experience
